We recently bought a new home with a huge backyard. It is exactly what we were looking for. Our family is especially fond of doing anything outdoors. Our new yard is large enough to house all of our outdoors toys such as the boat, the camper and the quads. There is plenty of room remaining in the backyard to support our two dogs and family outdoor living.

The rest of the backyard sports a built in pool, dog run, paved and covered grill area plus a huge covered porch that runs the length of the back of the house with plenty of outdoor furniture. My family spends a good amount of time in the backyard. Outdoor living in our home includes swimming, volleyball, football and croquet. There is always some kind of game being played in the lush green grass of our backyard. 

On most weekends we cook out on the grill. It can be as simple as hot dogs and hamburgers. Or it can be a beef brisket that slow cooks all day long. We know that every Sunday the family will gather for an outdoor living fest in our backyard. We allow the children to invite friends as they are of that age where the parents don't qualify as friends anymore. It's all good. We have great times in our backyard.
