outdoor patio


Our outdoor patio is another place we hang out on a regular basis. In essence it is additional living space in our home. My husband and I have been known to cook dinner on the grill and eat out on the back porch quite often. We have a beautiful marble table with comfortable chairs. I like to light a candle, pour some wine and enjoy a romantic evening dinner with my husband on our outdoor patio.

After dinner we like to sit around in the cushioned chairs with a fire in the pit and finish off the remainder of the wine. My husband and I use this time to regroup and connect. We usually make sure the kids have been occupied with overnights at friends houses. Our outdoor patio is a sanctuary where can release the tensions and problems of the week. My husband and I look forward to these special times spent together.

On other occasions the outdoor patio becomes an area for entertaining. We have had many a party in our back yard. The space is large enough to house many people. The pool becomes the center of the party. We set up extra tables and chairs for eating and cook up something delectable on the grill. Good times!
